About Don Kleppin

Don Kleppin was born in La Crosse, Wisconsin, and raised outside Chicago in Morton Grove, Illinois. He is currently a voice actor, broadcaster, podcaster, writer, and comedian with a deep passion for storytelling and performance. Over the past decade, Don has built an extensive career in Chicago radio, working alongside renowned hosts such as Steve Dahl, Roe Conn, Bob Sirott, Dick Biondi, Lisa Dent, and many others.

Throughout his career, Don has not only lent his voice to various projects but has also served as an executive producer for prominent radio shows, including those for the Chicago White Sox and Chicago Bulls. His voice acting journey began at Columbia College Chicago, where he developed a love for bringing characters to life. As a proud member of SAG-AFTRA since 2015, he has professionally voiced characters in commercials, video games, animations, audiobooks, and more, showcasing his versatility and range.

Don can be heard regularly on WGN Radio 720 AM, where he continues to engage listeners with his warm, intelligent sound. He is also the creator and host of the Cannabis Man Podcast, a show that explores the evolving world of legal cannabis, industry news, product reviews, and expert interviews.
